l Exchange fees will be applied to any exchange request placed after the 5 business days since the arrival of your parcel and 10% will be charged for such refund.
l All returns must go through the RMA process and receive prior authorization before being sent back. To request an RMA, contact 1:1 Care Service with the reason why you wish to exchange or refund. We will issue RMA number which should be written on the box for your return.
l If you change your mind about your purchase and would like to receive refund of your order, you will be responsible for all fees (money transaction fees, shipping and handling fees etc) that happen in the refund/return procedure. There will be a re-stocking fee of 20% on all cancelled orders.
l Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer in as-new condition.
l Returned packages must include an RMA number on the outside of the package, as well as a copy of your printed invoice. If you do not have your invoice, please include your name, address and phone number so we may contact you regarding any questions we may have. The lack of an RMA number will result in a refusal of your package.
l Requests for replacement products or refunds will not be granted until your returned packages have been received.
l Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our warehouse. If you need an immediate replacement, we recommend that you place a new order and request a refund of the original order separately.
l We are not liable for lost or untraceable packages. When returning any items to Chicaloca.com, please use a postal delivery confirmation or tracking number.
l We reserve the right to deny credit or replacements and charge the customer for parts and labor if the products returned are deemed satisfactory or non-defective.
l We will refund up to the amount as much as we pay for the initial single shipment of your parcel as your shipping costs to return defective products. We are not responsible for customer shipping costs to return non-defective or incorrectly ordered products.
l If you did not receive all of the products ordered or the quantity ordered, please contact our customer service department by e-mail by phone. All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of shipment.
l Customers must obtain a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number by contacting 1:1 Care Service. Returned products should be shipped to the following address.

Some products are not returnable under any circumstances - please see the important exceptions outlined below.
- Products which are improperly packaged.
- Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering.
- Products with any standard certification labels removed.
- Products or packages with barcode label removed .
- Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on invoice.
- Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting.
- Torn or punctured tape seals.
- Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners.
- Discontinued or end of life products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
