We accept credit card payment using the Eximbay payment method.
The accepted credit cards in our website are: Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Dinners and AMEX.
In order to use our credit card payment method, we recommend strongly that you enroll to your card company's authentication programs such as "Verified by Visa" or "Mastercard secure code".
We will accept orders with authenticated credit cards only. Please consult your credit card company or bank that issued your card for further information on authentication.
To prevent credit card fraud, we reserves the right to request supporting information and documents for verification purposes.
We may request you to provide us with an authorization document with the following information:
-Name of credit card holder
-Your order information (order number, quantity and price)
-Your credit card number (you may exclude the last 6 digits)
-Expiration date
-Billing address
-Total amount of charge
-Your signature
-Valid telephone number
-Photocopy/scan of the credit card (front only with the last 6 digit erased)
-Copy of your government issued identification such as the Driver¡¯s license or passport. (note: You may cross/erase/hide your ID numbers for your protection. However, your full name has to be clearly visible) |
