📦 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging with labels/invoice intact.

Return requests must be raised within days of delivery.

Discounted, promotional, or used items are not eligible for return or exchange.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all wrong, missing, or damaged product claims.

Exchanges are applicable only if the product is sealed, unused, and in saleable condition.

Damages due to misuse, neglect, or improper application are not covered.

Products are not eligible for return due to skin sensitivity—please check the ingredients or consult with us prior to purchase.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.

Card Payments: Refunded to the same card within 7–15 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers must share their bank account details via email. The refund will be processed to the shared account.
🚚 Delivery charges are non-refundable.
🕒 Refund timelines may vary based on your bank/payment provider.
❌ Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled without charges only if they have not been dispatched.

Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded or issued as store credit within 7–10 business days.
Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
